Whether you're growing technically or expanding into new areas, your development is supported every step of the way.Job Description The Job MissionThis role supports the development of commissioning processes for a major nuclear power project.You'll create and optimise end-to-end procedures for contractor commissioning activities.You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align process and compliance.Your key responsibilities will include:Help create and update process documents used across the commissioning phaseSupport development of clear procedures and instructions for project stakeholdersWork with engineering and delivery teams to gather accurate process informationUse tools like Visio and Excel to map out workflows and dependenciesEnsure processes follow safety and regulatory expectationsAssist with reviews and improvements to existing commissioning proceduresCollaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify improvementsSupport integration of processes across engineering, construction, and commissioningQualifications Essential Skills and QualificationsHNC, apprenticeship, or degree in engineering or a related STEM subjectBasic understanding of PFDs and P&IDsComfortable using tools like MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPointAble to follow and document technical procedures clearlyStrong attention to detail and good organisational skillsAnalytical mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processesGood communication skills and ability to work with different teamsEligible for UK security clearance• Desired SkillsSome experience in nuclear, commissioning, or other regulated sectorsAwareness of health and safety regulations or quality processesFamiliarity with document management or procedural frameworksBasic understanding of risk assessment or project lifecycle stagesInterest in continuous improvement and process efficiencyAdditional Information Why Apply?This is a great opportunity to grow your experience in a high-impact environment, supporting real-world engineering delivery at Hinkley Point C.
