You'll be part of a high-potential business that combines Kimberly-Clark's iconic brands and commercial excellence with Suzano's industrial and sustainability leadership.Procurement Manager - EnergyThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced professional who enjoys working autonomously in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive strong value delivery and collaborative partnerships.With a primary focus on EMEA, the Procurement Manager - Energy is responsible for day-to-day category management, negotiations and contracting for Energy Utilities, as well as being the Procurement lead in Renewable Energy sourcing projects when needed. The incumbent will utilise their strong focus on process improvement and compliance to drive best practice and contribute to K-C's sustainability targets in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage communications with suppliers and K-C manufacturing locations to ensure business needs are met through application of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and supplier adherence to contract terms and Service Level Agreements (SLA's).Partner with Amplified Commodity Team (ACT), Finance and other stakeholders to manage the Energy risk management strategy & price forecastsSubject matter expert for supplier cost calculation methodologies and Total Delivered Cost (TDC)Lead sourcing events to ensure delivery of sourcing strategies for Energy utilities across all manufacturing locationsManage saving initiatives and future pipeline build in line with defined process and company targetsProvide active Procurement support for Energy sustainability projectsEnsure internal control requirements are met in an efficient and effective mannerAbout UsHuggies®.
