Orion Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer on behalf of our Client, a successful Inverness based engineering firm providing a wide range of M&E services across the UKThis is a full-time, permanent position and will involve the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across both commercial and residential projects throughout Scotland.Key Responsibilities:Install, service, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial propertiesConduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to enhance system reliability and lifespanTroubleshoot faults and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal performanceComply with all relevant health and safety standards and company proceduresProvide exceptional customer service and professional advice to clientsKeep accurate service records and documentationWhat We’re Looking For:NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent)F Gas Certification (essential)Solid experience in installation, maintenance, and fault-finding on A/C and refrigeration systemsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamFull UK driving licenceWhat we can OfferAccomodation is available in inverness for candidates in Aberdeen or the Islands.Private HealthcareLife InsuranceCompany Vehicle for Business Purposes32 Days Holidays (increasing to 37 with tenure)Our role in supporting diversity and inclusion As an international workforce business, we are committed to sourcing personnel that reflects the diversity and values of our client base but also that of Orion Group.
