Pre-Commission Cleaning Engineer - UK Salary - up to £55,000 dependant on experience.Based in Slough for first project then around South East London.Vehicle and fuel card provided.Join our water & air technology client and help keep building systems running smoothly from day one We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Pre-Commission Cleaning Engineer to carry out essential cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework in commercial and industrial buildings across the UK. What you'll do: Clean HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework to industry standards before they go liveUse specialist chemicals, methods, and equipment to remove dirt, debris, and contaminantsDeliver projects on time and within budgetCommunicate clearly with clients and colleagues to keep everything on trackMaintain accurate records and report any issues promptlyFollow strict health & safety procedures at all timesStay up to date with best practices and new cleaning technologiesProvide training and guidance to team members when needed What we're looking for: Valid SSSTS / CSCS card for site supervision and health & safety complianceProven experience in pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipeworkStrong knowledge of industry regulations and standardsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel - travel to sites across Sout East LondonPhysically fit and able to handle heavy equipment Why join us?
