Job Title: Civil QC Inspector Location: Talacre Industry: Oil and Gas Employment Type: Contract Client-Sided Role Key Responsibilities: Follow relevant specified procedures, issue the relevant Quality Records and write non-conformances reports for the Quality Control SupervisorVerify the correct preparation of foundations and reinforcementsMonitor atmospheric conditions during pouring operations and correct curing operationsCheck the certifications regarding element mixes, chemical analysis, grain size analysis, sampling operationsReview the laboratory examination results, sub-grade dry density, moisture content, compression strength test, execution of casting, concrete pouring, materials quality (wire, fitting, etc.)Collect and manage documents certifying test, controls and inspection documentsEnsure that all civil works and testing related records are properly retrievable within the final As- Built dossierIn case of subcontractor activities, ensure the correct implementation of the approved QC/ Inspection Test Plans, witnessing inspection and collecting relevant Quality Control recordsEnsure the conformity with the Quality Control Plan and obtain the relevant documentationRequired Expertise: Experience: 5 years as Civil QC Inspector or equivalent and 10 years in QC activities in the Oil&Gas industry or similarEducation: Degree in civil engineeringTechnical skills: Quality Control inspectionIT skills: MS365
