PM responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The project manager works closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives Key Responsibilities• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budget, and resource allocationReview drawing, specifications, and contract requirementsObtain necessary permits and approvalsOversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure work aligns with plansCoordinate subcontractors, vendors and internal teams Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flowTrack expenditures, mange change orders, and control costsEnsure all work complies with building code, standards and regulationsOversee commissioning, inspections and handover proceduresWe are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. We shine the brightest when we tap into the many dimensions that thrive across over 21,000 difference-makers in our workplace.Work Experience Required Skills (Technical Competency): Proficiency in project management software MS ProjectStrong knowledge on construction methods, materials and regulationsUnderstanding of design drawings, blueprints and technical specificationsAbility to work under pressure and meeting challenging deadlinesEducation and experience Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field or equivalent experience5 years or more in a construction project I commercial and IndustrialExtensive experience in definition and execution of small to medium construction programmesProven track recovered of managing Cost Accounts, schedule adherence and recovery activitiesExperience in the RIBA process is essential Strong PM organisation skills and ability to report upwards to Board level - strong communication skillsExperience at customer management and business development practices - creating bids, winning bidsExperience at reviewing construction project costs and understanding should costs v estimate costsEffective communication and interpersonal skills.Due to security requirements these posts are open to SOLE UK NATIONALS ONLYIf you are a dedicated and proactive professional with a passion for ensuring quality and driving continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you.
