This is a field-based role requiring autonomy and initiative.Typical duties include:Emergency lighting & lamp changesElectrical & fire alarm testingFault finding and repairs (mechanical and electrical)Minor plumbing and fabric maintenanceEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsDelivering excellent service to our clients What We're Looking ForWhat you'll needEssential:18th Edition or HVAC experienceHands-on experience in an M&E or multi-skilled engineering roleStrong communication and organisational skillsHealth & Safety awarenessDesirable:Experience with delivering PPMF-Gas qualificationIOSH Working SafelyBasic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience2391 Testing & InspectionAdditional info:The role will involve working 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays)5 days on, 2 days off - Rotating shift patternOn-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeksWhy join Arcus:We're an award-winning facilities management provider that values expertise and commitment.
