As a member of our growing team, you would be working to help us make a difference with our clients in delivering a diverse range of highly complex projects and programmes. Dependent on client requirements, most of our roles support a hybrid working pattern.ECC NEC Project Manager at Turner & Townsend:NEC ECC Project Managers at Turner & Townsend work on a broad range of projects and programmes in Water, Aviation, Roads, Rail, Telecommunications, Utilities, and many more. We are looking for individuals with the following skills, experience and attributes: Significant experience of infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the project lifecycle, including: project management principles; delivering to client objectives; contract management; leadership and teamwork; financial management and project controls; health, safety, quality and environmental managementSignificant experience of administering NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts where you are currently engaged in a named ECC Project Manager role, or have concluded a representative role in the last 12 monthsExcellent leadership skills, capable of developing teams and leading others in challenging environments or through ambiguitiesStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities across clients and partner organisations and able to build long-term trusted advisor relationships with our clientsStrong problem solving, analytical and numerical skills with an ability to quickly understand complex problems and shape these into workable solutions for deliveryDrive and commitment to achieving solutions, including the ability to work under pressure and motivate othersStrong commercial, forecasting and budgeting experiencePlanning, communication and organisational skills, including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously and communicate effectively with senior client representativesCreative, curious and growth mindsetBeneficial Experience: Experience of procurement and managing NEC contractsExperience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projectsExperience of consultancy or client-side project managementFamiliarity with public sector organisations, non-departmental or arm's length bodies relevant to infrastructureQualificationsPreferable qualifications: NEC3 or NEC4 Accredited Project Manager is essentialDegree or HND qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experienceProfessional affiliation, qualification or near qualified status with the APM, RICS, ICE, or similar professional institutionAdditional InformationTurner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
