This role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Your responsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are achieved.Make technical decisions and provide solutions to complex engineering problems.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and production, to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.Prepare detailed technical reports, project plans, and presentations for management and stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest engineering techniques and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.The experience we're looking forBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) - preferred but not essentialProven experience in engineering project management and contractor coordinationStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in engineering tools and softwarePMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certificationWhat we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
