You'll be the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, driving communication, governance, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle, while supporting portfolio visibility, commercial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.What you'll doProject Planning & DeliveryDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.Coordinate internal kick-off meetings and external client meetings.Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.Client CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact for clients across the project lifecycle.Provide timely updates and manage expectations on deliverables and timelines.Address client queries and escalate issues when needed.Governance & ComplianceMaintain risk registers and issue logs for assigned projects.Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and contractual obligations.Support change-order management and documentation.Financial & Commercial SupportMonitor project budgets and track actual vs. planned hours.Identify scope changes and initiate change orders.Contribute to profitability analysis and cost control.Reporting & VisibilityUpdate PSA systems and dashboards with accurate project status.Prepare progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients.Support lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.What you'll bringExperience in project management within pharmaceutical, biotech, or scientific services.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.Familiarity with project-management tools (e.g., PSA systems, Gantt charts).Commercial awareness with an understanding of cost-control principles.Application RequirementsWhen applying for a position with Quotient Sciences to be able to work in our organization you must be aged 18 years or over and not have been debarred by the FDA.
