Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take ownership of technically challenging private network programmes? This is your chance to lead high-value, high-risk projects from initial concept right through to final handover - shaping the delivery of customer-owned high and low voltage networks across the UK. In this senior role, you'll manage a portfolio of critical projects, ensuring excellence in safety, quality and commercial performance. You'll guide teams through design, delivery and commissioning, mentor developing project managers and play a key part in achieving wider strategic objectives. What You'll Be Doing: Leading private network projects through their full lifecycle, ensuring they meet time, budget and client expectations. Managing risk, change and compliance while driving high standards across all works. Conducting SHEQ tours and overseeing robust project documentation. Providing technical and behavioural leadership to project teams. Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. What You'll Bring: A proven track record delivering high-value MEICA, utility or technical construction projects. 5+ years' experience in complex electrical or mechanical network environments. Strong understanding of high-voltage networks, CDM 2015, control and protection schemes and notifiable works. NVQ Level 4+ (or equivalent), plus IOSH Managing Safely. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other core software. Relevant site and safety certifications (SSSTS/SMSTS, EUSR/CSCS/ECS, First Aid). Desirable qualifications include professional registration, project management certifications and experience across renewables, embedded generation, water, gas or data systems.
