You'll provide strategic tax advice, oversee compliance, and build long-term relationships that position you as a trusted advisor. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.Key responsibilities include:Managing complex client portfolios and delivering tailored tax solutionsAdvising on succession planning, restructuring, and wealth preservationOverseeing billing, WIP, and client onboarding processesBuilding strong relationships with clients and intermediariesLeading projects and supporting the development of junior colleaguesEnsuring compliance with quality and risk management standardsWhat you'll need to succeedWe're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a people-first mindset.
