Be a part of it.You'll be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday at Cygnet Bury Hudson.Cygnet Bury Hudson provides a wide range of secure mental health services for men including individuals with a diagnosis of personality disorder.Your day-to-day...Ensure that the highest standard of clinical care is providedCo-ordinate all clinical aspects of the hospital & ensure co-operation between cliniciansKnow & implement all relevant policies, procedures & regulationsUpdate legal documentation in consultation with other colleagues in accordance with company guidelines, NMC guidelines, legislation & current researchSupport staff in delivering a high standard of care through regular appraisals, training & development of evidence/research-based practiceBe fully up to date with all statutory law & compliance to lawWork closely with the Hospital Manager to resolve concerns & provide cohesive leadershipAct up as required by the Hospital Manager.Why Cygnet?
