This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s passionate about delivering innovative, high-quality building services solutions across a wide variety of exciting projects.The RoleAs an Electrical Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role within a supportive technical team, contributing to detailed design work, attending coordination meetings, and ensuring every project meets the highest industry standards.You’ll be involved in: * Carrying out detailed electrical calculations using Amtech * Creating and adapting lighting designs with DIALux * Attending design and coordination meetings * Conducting site surveys and producing detailed reports on electrical installations * Preparing technical specifications and design drawings for tender and constructionAbout YouYou’ll bring: * Experience in electrical building services design across a range of building types * A collaborative mindset and confidence working on multiple projects to tight deadlines * Strong working knowledge of current British Standards and relevant legislationWhat’s On Offer * Competitive salary – £40,000 * 36-hour / 4-day working week for a better work–life balance * 23 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown * Quarterly company team-building events and social activities * Potential for occasional hybrid working following an initial 3 month probationary periodJoin a company that truly values its people, champions professional growth, and offers a refreshing approach to work–life balance.Apply now to take the next step in your electrical design career
