Job DescriptionJob Title: Commercial Property Solicitor Salary: DOE Hours: Full Time Location: Cheltenham | Hybrid | 2 - 3 days in the office a week Job Reference: CWS569RESPONSIBILITIES* The role involves managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals. * You will draft, negotiate, and complete commercial leases and related documentation, and advise landlords and tenants on issues such as rent reviews, break clauses, and dilapidation's.* You will carry out property due diligence, report on title and risk, and provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients. * Regular liaison with agents, lenders, surveyors, and other advisers will form a key part of the role, alongside ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures. * You may also support junior team members and contribute to client relationship management and business development activities.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with ideally 5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial property. Less PQE will be considered if you have at least 5 years fee earning experience in commercial property.* Strong technical knowledge of UK commercial property law* Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions independently* Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills* Commercially minded with a client-focused approach* High level of organisation, attention to detail, and professionalismFor more details please contact: cait.woodrow-smith @ (url removed) or apply below
