DescriptionPosition at LeoVegas UKAbout The RoleAs a Technical Compliance Specialist you'll join a team of all rounders from various backgrounds who share a unique passion for technology and compliance. You'll work across a variety of products and jurisdictions, helping to ensure compliance with the applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.Reporting to the Senior Technical Compliance Specialist, you will work with teams across the business and be exposed to requirements spanning the iGaming business.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORDelivering regulatory requirements to the Product and Tech organisation and review designs against compliance;Mastering product compliance requirements for regulated markets, ensure that all the internal tools are up to date with the latest applicable version of the requirements and provide interpretation and guidance as appropriate;Contributing to promoting a compliance culture within the organisation;Being highly involved in technical audit activities;Supporting and closely cooperating with the wider legal and compliance teams to address findings and incidents,Contributing to improving and consolidating the Compliance posture of the Group;Supporting the internal teams with replies to technical compliance queries;Monitoring and assessing changing requirements in new and existing markets and ensuring timely analysis and announcements.OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVEESSENTIAL SKILLS:At least 2 years of relevant experience in the compliance or product technology space in the online gambling industry.Understanding of remote gambling legislationFirm grasp of the igaming industry and the role of compliance in building technical requirementsNICE TO HAVE:Understanding of the Agile methodology, project management or change management.Previous experience with Atlassian suiteWho We AreAt the core of LeoVegas Group, is Team Leo.
