Work life balance is important to us at Bouygues, so the role offers a Hybrid working pattern.Job Purpose And ScopeTo carry out all Purchase Ledger activities to a competent standard and ensuring the Company’s financial transactions are recorded accurately.Essential CriteriaYou should have some software knowledge of a finance systemDetail focused & organisedCalm, professional and drive to offer excellent service to our suppliers and internal stakeholdersYour Educational level should demonstrate abilities in numerical subjectsThese Are The Areas We Will Develop You InManaging the Purchase Ledger functions based on assigned letters of the alphabet and for multiple legal entitiesVerify/process all invoices and credit notes following procedures in SAPReconcile supplier and sub-contractor statements and work with the vendors and our businesses to resolve past due invoicesActively monitor the shared Mailbox account and within policiesWeekly payment runs for multiple entitiesMaintain well organised and accurate filing, following the tidy desk policyWhy Bouygues UKDay in day out our teams deliver some of the most technically innovative and challenging projects across the UK and the world.
