Job DescriptionAccounts Payable Administrator?? Location: Rushmere Offices, Craigavon?? Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (Office-based)We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team at our Rushmere offices. Your attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of transactions will ensure our suppliers are paid accurately and on time. You'll bring excellent problem-solving and time management skills, and thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are consistently met.Key ResponsibilitiesValidation and processing of invoices in VIMWeekly and monthly supplier paymentsLiaising with site colleagues to resolve queriesHandling vendor queries through to timely resolutionChecking vendor statements and identifying missing itemsEnsuring all tasks are completed within agreed timelinesSupporting team members during peak activity periodsPerforming ad hoc duties as requiredSkills & ExperienceComputer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelThorough and meticulous with strong attention to detailAbility to work to tight deadlines with a proactive, “can-do” attitudeStrong work ethic and assertivenessExcellent team player and communicatorJBRP1_UKTJ
