Despite our market leadership, we remain an agile, entrepreneurially focused organization where senior leaders remain involved in driving execution and delivering results.Summary PurposeWe are seeking an experienced, strategic and commercially minded leader to join our Commercial team as Head of Subscription Revenue. You will own and accelerate the growth of Liv‑Ex’s subscription business, optimising revenue streams, retention and customer engagement across the global fine wine market.Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will work across teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives that drive measurable ARR growth. This is a senior, high-impact role, ideal for an ambitious leader looking to shape the commercial trajectory of a growing, data-driven business.If you would like to work in the team at the heart of Liv-ex and relish the opportunities a growing business can offer in relation to responsibility and your wider personal development, this opportunity could be a great fit.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end subscription business, owning ARR growth. From the new business pipeline through to onboarding, renewals, upsell, cross-sell and retention.Design and implement pricing, subscription packages and licensing models that meet the needs of different customer types, from enterprise clients to smaller businesses.Inspire and manage a high-performing commercial teamPartner with Product and Data teams to influence the roadmap and ensure subscription offerings evolve in line with market needs and customer feedback.Take full ownership of revenue forecasting, performance metrics, and subscription analytics, delivering insights and recommendations to the executive team to drive ARR growth.Partner with Marketing to define and drive subscription growth strategies, ensuring campaigns and programs effectively optimise acquisition, adoption, and long‑term customer value.Build scalable operational frameworks, processes and tools to support subscription growth and lifecycle management.Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, shaping strategy with market insights and data‑driven recommendations.Foster a collaborative culture, ensuring all teams are aligned on delivering exceptional customer experiences and commercial outcomes.Proven track record of developing and executing value-based sales strategies to drive revenue growth and in managing full subscription ecosystems.Exceptional commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, contract negotiation and revenue forecastingStrong leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring and managing the Business Development, Account Management and Customer Success teams.Highly analytical, with excellent data literacy and the ability to translate insights into strategic and operational decisions.Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across functions and levels.Strategic, operationally capable and comfortable making decisions in a fast‑moving environment.Experience with subscription platforms and CRMs.Background in data, analytics, or licensing businesses.Familiarity with usage-based pricing models, revenue operations, or pricing experimentation.Experience in agile or product-driven organisations.Knowledge of the wine sector and/or a passion for wine.Speak to our business development team about your needs, and we’ll work with you to identify the right solution for you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
