Known for their dynamic culture and strong long-term client partnerships, they provide exceptional job security, market-leading development opportunities, and exposure to flagship programmes.With a growing portfolio of healthcare projects across London, they are now expanding their cost management team.The OpportunityDue to recent project wins in the Healthcare sector, the company is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join its Healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated QS to work on complex, extremely high-value Healthcare schemes while developing both technical and client-facing skills in a supportive consultancy environment.You will work closely with senior colleagues, gaining exposure to project leadership, client management, and progression routes towards Senior QS level and beyond in a highly supportive and flexible environment.The RoleAs an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in:Delivering pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across Healthcare projectsPreparing cost plans, feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and risk assessmentsSupporting contract administration, change management, and financial reportingWorking under NEC contracts (essential)Liaising with clients, clinical stakeholders, and design teamsContributing to commercial management and project delivery from early stages to final accountSupporting and strengthening client relationshipsWorking collaboratively within a growing Healthcare project teamThe CandidateThe ideal candidate will bring:A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related disciplineConsultancy / PQS-side experienceExperience in Healthcare, public-sector or complex built-environment projects Experience working on Capital ProjectsExperience Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skillsMRICS status or working toward it (full support provided)Experience with NEC forms of contract Ambition to take on increasing responsibility, including client-facing and leadership opportunitiesWhy Join?Extremely flexible hybrid working structure (~2 days per month in office)Secure pipeline of long-term healthcare frameworksGenuine progression opportunities to Senior QS and future leadership rolesChance to work on major, high-profile Healthcare schemes across the UKExcellent company culture with mentorship, training, and chartership supportWork closely with senior leaders and gain exposure to business developmentInterested?Apply in confidence via this advert, or contact Ben Houlihan directly on (phone number removed) for more information
