Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior AIV Engineer to join our team who will work on both our current missions and future projects.The Role?As a Senior AIV engineer, you will play a key role in preparing and coordinating the Assembly, Integration, and Validation (AIV) activities for ClearSpaces current and upcoming missions. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the project's AIV activities, working closely with system and subsystem teams.ResponsibilitiesAIV Planning & CoordinationDevelop AIV plans and coordinate activities across projectsPlan resources and ensure readiness for test campaignsOversee daily AIV operations and resolve issuesTest Environment ManagementContribute to roadmap, design, and implementationManage hardware models and electrical layoutCoordinate IT infrastructure and ensure integration of test bench componentsProcesses & Continuous ImprovementMaintain and improve AIV processes and methodsBuild scalable integration processes and drive testing improvementsProvide technical leadership and trainingSubsystem & System SupportDefine and implement test strategy aligned with project needsExecute tests, troubleshoot issues, and manage non-conformancesPresent verification status at key milestonesMust Have(BSc/MSc) Degree in Aerospace, Engineering, Physics or similarMin. 8years experience in AIV, ideally with full lifecycle involvement from planning to final deliveryFamiliarity with verification and validation processes, preferably in standard-driven developmentsExperience in managing complex technical activitiesExperience in the space domain (e.g. familiarity with one or several subsystems) is a plusNice to haveThink creatively to propose innovative designs while maintaining rigor and disciplineDeliver on time with required quality, ensuring configuration management, reliability, and system availabilityBe agile, flexible, and eager to learnCollaborate effectively with multiple, diverse, and geographically distributed teamsJBRP1_UKTJ
