Job DescriptionAre you a qualified Gas & Oil Heating Engineer based in Bridgwater or the surrounding areas? Join our team and enjoy a competitive base salary of up to £40,164 per annum, plus exciting additional earning opportunities including performance bonuses and on-call payments.We're looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in servicing and repairing domestic Gas heating systems. If you also hold the relevant Oil qualifications and have hands-on experience this would be beneficial ,and we'd love to hear from youWe Can Offer You:Uncapped earning potential + company van, fuel card, and excellent benefitsWork-Life Balance: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays, plus flexibility with overtimeHealth & Wellbeing: 24/7 GP access, mental health support, fitness programs, and moreTraining & Growth: Ongoing professional development to keep you at the top of your gameYour Role as our Gas & Oil Heating Engineer:Undertake the servicing, repairing & maintenance of Domestic heating systemsComplete works in accordance with specification and gas safe regulationsCompletion of all relevant paperwork Ensure customer satisfaction and safety Participate in out of hour's works, including overtime and call outWork to operational procedures, safe working practices and H&S proceduresReporting of all accidents, near miss events or potential hazardsUndertake all other maintenance works within remitWork flexibly with a diverse range of customers What We Need from You.Recognised oil qualifications (Desirable) and proven experience with oil heating systemsACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWATG3 unvented cylinder qualificationsLPG Gas Qualifications (Desirable)NVQ Level 2 or equivalentA full UK driving licenseAbility to undertake out-of-hours worksFlexibility and a positive attitudeExcellent customer service skillsSolid understanding of relevant legislation and regulationsStrong knowledge of Health & Safety practicesAbility to manage your time and workload independentlyWhy Liberty?We're a diverse, supportive team with a focus on personal development, wellbeing, and making a real difference in the communities we serve.
