Your responsibilities will include preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals, conducting site appraisals, research, and policy review, and liaising with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders to drive project success.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and supporting documentationUndertake site appraisals, feasibility studies, and policy researchDraft planning statements, design and access statements, and supporting reportsLiaise with clients, local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders as requiredAttend site visits, consultations, and meetingsProvide general planning support and contribute to project delivery and business developmentAbout You We are seeking a proactive and organised Town Planner who is keen to grow their career within a consultancy environment.
