Job DescriptionPCB Designer Are you ready to take ownership of complex PCB design and electronic manufacturing projects from concept to production? Step into a role where your work will improve processes, develop new technology, and expand your skills. Salary: Up to £40,000 plus company bonus Location: Stevenage Working: Hybrid, 2–3 days on site Clearance: BPSS required What you will need British or Dual UK National, BPSS clearance requiredUnderstanding of PCB design, manufacture and assemblyStrong communication skills for internal and external collaborationSelf-motivated and methodical approach with a logical problem-solving mindsetFlexible to travel, including occasional international visits Key Responsibilities Develop and evaluate PCB and electronic manufacturing processesWork collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers, including international partnersAssess PCB fabrication and assembly processes and support failure analysisContribute to documented standards and best practices across national and international teamsProvide technical support for UK and international programmes across all areas of PCB design, manufacture, and assembly Your experience Knowledge of PCB design, manufacture, and assembly technologiesAbility to take ownership of complex tasks and deliver to a high professional standardStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience collaborating with internal and external teams Benefits Company bonusPension up to 14%Paid overtime opportunitiesFlexible working arrangements Key Words: PCB Designer, PCB design, PCB manufacture, circuit card assembly, electronic manufacturing, process development, international collaboration, failure analysis Electus Recruitment Solutions provides specialist engineering and technical recruitment solutions to a number of high-technology industries.
