You’ll supervise and support a dedicated team of Support Workers, helping them deliver person-centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and supervise the delivery of person-centred servicesAssist with rota planning and timesheet accuracyPromote health and safety for both service users and staffEnsure safeguarding and wellbeing of all individuals supportedContinuously develop your own practice and contribute to service improvementProvide supervision and guidance to Support WorkersAbout YouEssential: NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within social careFlexible approach and willingness to participate in a 24-hour on-call rotaStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsJoin us and make a real difference in people’s lives.
