With hybrid working, free parking, and a competitive salary, this role has it allWhat’s on Offer:· Salary: £27,000 (12 month fixed term contract)· Hybrid working: 3 days per week in our fantastic Glasgow office· Free parking on-site· Lovely, modern offices with a friendly, collaborative teamKey Responsibilities:High-volume invoice processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulationsMail sorting & OCR validationMailbox management & query resolutionEnsuring accuracy on all VAT and tax postingsProcess manual & automatic payment runsVendor statement reconciliations & open item maintenanceManaging key suppliers to maximise discounts and ensure smooth operationsExperience & Skills Required:· Solid accounts payable / purchase ledger· Understanding of basic accounting principles· Strong administrative skills· Effective, professional communication· Responsible, detail-oriented, and analytical· Excellent problem-solving and prioritisation skills· Proficient in Excel and Word· Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities· Highly self-motivatedThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, thriving company.
