Job DescriptionExclusive InstructionA highly successful UK property consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to recruit an experienced Senior Associate Director‑level Property Management Surveyor to join its established Bristol office.This is a senior opportunity to take ownership of a high‑quality, income‑producing commercial (retail shopping centres and retail parks) property portfolio, with exposure to institutional‑grade clients and responsibility for client relationships, team leadership, and service delivery.The OpportunityThe role offers a broad and influential remit within a collaborative commercial property team, managing assets across retail, leisure, office, and industrial sectors.
