You'll collaborate with a range of specialists to deliver innovative ecological solutions across diverse, high-profile projects throughout the UK.You'll be contributing to initiatives that support biodiversity enhancement, sustainability, and innovation - with opportunities to shape best practice and apply creative approaches to environmental challenges.About the Client:Our client is a highly regarded, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation across the infrastructure and environmental sectors. Their award-winning ecology teams deliver outstanding results across the UK and are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion.Flexible working is central to their culture, supporting every employee's individual needs and promoting wellbeing through a healthy work/life balance.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of ecological projects.Plan, coordinate and undertake ecological field surveys, analysing and interpreting results.Provide Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW) support where required.What Our Client is Looking For:Degree in ecology or a closely related discipline.Membership of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM).FISC Level 3 (or equivalent field identification skills).Demonstrable protected species survey experience - particularly with hazel dormouse.Protected species licences desirable but not essential.Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.Full UK/EEC driving licence.What Our Client Offers:A collaborative, inclusive and forward-thinking working environment.Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.Opportunities to contribute to award-winning biodiversity and infrastructure projects.Commitment to personal and professional growth through ongoing training and mentorship.Eligibility:Must be eligible to work in the UK.PAYE on-payroll engagement.Opportunity for Growth:You'll have the chance to develop your technical and leadership skills within a respected consultancy known for innovation, equality, and long-term career development.
