The company employs more than 3,800 people and hosts a global distribution network.Some of your BenefitsHealth Insurance: Rely on comprehensive services whenever you need it.Meal Allowance: We offer an allowance that makes meals more affordable.Flexible Work Models: We allow for flexible work models to ensure both professional and personal success.Performance Related Bonus: When you have an impact, you can reap the rewards.International Opportunities: Grow in your career through international exchange and global job opportunities.RochdaleHybrid WorkFreudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions Limited (United Kingdom)You support our team asMarketing Director ( F/M/D)ResponsibilitiesDrive the development and execution of the Country Marketing Plan, ensuring delivery of all KPIs (market share, brand awareness, penetration, innovation impact, etc.).Lead Media strategy including planning, agency management, performance tracking, and ROI optimization.Manage the full product portfolio and go-to-market strategy across the entire lifecycle, grounded in consumer, shopper, and retailer insights.Set strategic direction and operational plans for Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Trade Marketing.Act as brand ambassador, ensuring strong positioning and consistent communication aligned with the Global Brand Team.Lead, coach, and develop the local Marketing team in line with the company leadership standards.Monitor market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive movements, providing strategic input to Regional and Global teams.Oversee the A&P budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return, and orchestrate the digital customer journey from planning to conversion.QualificationsUniversity degree in Business Administration or Marketing; MBA preferred.Minimum 10 years' FMCG marketing experience with a strong track record in brand building and commercial impact.Proven experience in managing external agencies and vendors.Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Media management, and SEO; Sales experience is a plus.Deep market and customer understanding, with strong command of IRI/Circana and other analytics tools.Strong financial acumen with solid understanding of KPIs, budgeting, and P&L management.Strong organisational and leadership capabilities, able to navigate complexity.Highly collaborative, effective in cross-functional and matrix environments; strong relationship builder and team player.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
