Job DescriptionDescriptionJob title: Advanced Apprentice WelderLocation: GlasgowSalary: Starting from £18,667 with annual progression through the scheme duration.What you’ll be doing:You’ll be trained to use MIG/MAG/Flux Core welding processes and a range of power tools and equipment that will enable you to weld throughout the ship building process.You will be given specialised training in fillet & butt welds in all positions on mild steel and have the opportunity to learn aluminium and stainless-steel processes.
