Job DescriptionFunctional Consultant - D365 CE configurationLondon - Onsite Monday and Thursdays 12 month contract Inside of IR35 £478 per dayWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, enjoys leading workshops and requirements sessions, and has a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions with stakeholders at all levels.Confidently present solutions and progress updates to C-Suite audiences.Configure and customise D365 CE including workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports.Translate client requirements into functional specifications and deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.Develop and maintain business data models aligned with Dynamics CRM schema.Leverage industry templates, accelerators, and add-ons to enhance solution delivery.Key Skills & Experiences Proven experience in D365 CE configuration and customisation.Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM database schema and business data models.Ability to lead client engagements and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.Hands-on experience with Agile ways of working.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerators and industry-specific templates.If you are available and interested, please apply today
