They should have experience of producing submissions that sell the business, especially to the social housing and local authorities market. Key to their capability will be the ability to develop benefits-based proposals that articulate true customer value.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor tender portals and flag new tender opportunitiesDownload and analyse documentation to submit to managementResponsible for submissions, PQQs and tenders. Responsibilities include project management of thebidprocess, agreeing strategy with the sector teams, ensuring adequate resources are allocated to complete the submission managing those resources throughout the process, ensuring all content is in place, and ensuring the quality of the final outputCreation of high-quality PQQ andbiddocuments, including writing and editing content (text and graphics) and document productionManagement ofbiddocument production, including championing best practice in planning and organisation and ensuring compliance with business development process, style and brand guidanceCo-ordination ofbidinformation in conjunction with the commercial teamDevelop and maintain libraries of tender documentsContribution to the development and implementation of theBidImprovement PlanBuilding and developing relationships with the operational teamsResponsible for client presentations, preparing for interviews and organising site visits as requiredCandidate RequirementsTheBidWriterManageris tasked with increasing our opportunities on a national scale for all divisions in the group.
