Job DescriptionAV Specialist Location: London Salary: £50,000A leading AV integrator is seeking a polished, professional, and highly versatile AV Specialist to be permanently based at one of their key corporate client sites in London. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a customer-facing environment, enjoys taking ownership, and can deliver a high standard of technical support while representing the integrator on-site.The Role As the on-site AV Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for all meeting room technology, event support, and day-to-day AV operations. You'll work closely with the client's internal teams, ensuring spaces are fully functional, events run smoothly, and technical issues are resolved quickly and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver hands-on support across meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and corporate AV environmentsProvide high-quality event support including set-up, live operation, and breakdownManage and build strong relationships with the client, acting as the face of the integratorConduct daily room checks, preventative maintenance, and system monitoringTroubleshoot issues across AV, VC, control systems, and room hardwareManage bookings, coordinate with facilities/IT, and support senior stakeholdersProduce clear documentation and service reports where requiredEnsure a polished, reliable, and proactive AV experience for all usersSkills & Experience RequiredStrong background in corporate AV support or event operationsConfident working with users at all levels, including senior executivesExcellent client-facing communication and presentation skillsBroad understanding of AV, VC, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, Q-Sys, Extron, Teams/Zoom platforms, audio and video hardware)Ability to run live events with confidence and professionalismHighly organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a busy environmentStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
