Job DescriptionThis role sits in our Creative & Media craft. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through innovative digital marketing solutions. We plan, create and execute a variety of world class campaigns, from culture lead, social first content to award-winning integrated creative campaigns that have been built from data lead strategies and insights. Our Media Team is made up of both paid and organic media specialists and we are looking for a new SEA Specialist to join the team to service an exciting new client.You are a critical thinker and analytical problem solver, equally curious and creative. You have a strong command of paid search platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, and can effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders. You have a track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the growth and success of our clients' digital campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective paid search strategies that align with client objectives and target audienceManage multi-market paid search and shopping campaigns for clients Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for campaign optimisationLean into automation and use of data within campaigns, including utilising AI to improve performanceCreate and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing AdsMonitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvementStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search advertisingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client goalsStay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordinglyCarry out technical analysis, content & authority analysisSet up implementation plans and workflowsRespond to client (internal and external) briefsReport on activity on weekly, monthly and quarterly basisEnsure delivery of work is to the highest possible standardEnsure constant innovation across all deliverablesContribute to our creative process by sharing your ideas and experiencePresent work internally and externallyComplete work to deadlinesSkills And Previous ExperiencePrior experience (1-3 years) in managing and optimising paid search & shopping campaigns, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment.Strong knowledge of paid search platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.Proven track record of driving results and optimising campaigns to meet client objectives.Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimisation.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience managing global / multi market paid search accounts with knowledge of UK, Ireland, DE, FR & IT marketsIntermediate or higher proficiency in the use of Excel/Sheets and familiarity with Word/Docs and PowerPoint/SlidesAn inquisitive and numeric mindsetExcellent time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detailAbility to react quickly within a fast-paced environmentWE OFFERA flexible, hybrid working policy (2 days from the office, depending on location)An excellent salary based on experience and equal pay policiesPension, free private healthcare, mental health support, and company sick pay scheme26 days paid holiday (plus UK Bank Holidays) with the opportunity to buy extra daysRefreshments are provided in the office all weekHelp getting you to work with a season ticket loan and cycle to work schemeEnhanced family friendly policies to support new parentsSocial and Cultural Events, plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues through organised activities and celebrationsInspirational Talks, bringing the outside in with regular guest speakers and eventsLearning and Development, supporting your growth with continuous opportunities to learn and advanceBuddy Programme: You will be paired with a ‘Buddy’ to help you through your first weeks’ at DEPT®A reputation for doing good.
