This position offers the opportunity to transition into a full‐time role upon successful completion of the programme, depending upon performance.The Woozle Research Expert Connections Team (ECT) supports a diverse client base, including hedge funds, private equity firms, venture capital firms, consulting practices, and professional services organizations.On the Expert Connections Team, you will:Be responsible for supporting client projects, including finding and onboarding experts for research projects across a range of industries and sectors.You'll gain hands‐on exposure to multiple methodologies, sectors, and client types including hedge funds, private equity, and consulting firms.This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from senior investment professionals, contribute to live projects, and build a network in the investment world.What You'll DoAs a Graduate Analyst, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Reach out to prospective experts and deliver compelling pitches using our communication and recruitment strategies in a fast‐paced, competitive environment.Bring strong self‐confidence and a drive to consistently hit targets.Collaborate with Woozle Senior Analysts serving clients to fulfil urgent, time‐sensitive recruiting requests.Demonstrate outstanding business communication and talent‐acquisition skills.Help to build and leverage Woozle's network to identify and attract world‐class experts across diverse sectors.Who You AreThis programme is designed for ambitious graduates ready to hit the ground running.
