From phones to smart home devices, we care for the tech that powers everyday life.As part of our continued growth Likewize is expanding its award-winning services, providing customers with even more choice, and extending the lifecycle of millions of devices.Primary Responsibilities:As a Mobile Repair Technician, you will work in our onsite repair centre and perform various tasks such as:Replacing or repairing buttons, ports, batteries, screens, phone casing and other parts of different devicesDiagnosing faults on devices using visual inspections, manual tests and diagnostic softwareCarrying out repairs with care and attention using magnetic screwdrivers, tweezers and other essential toolsMaintaining a clean and tidy workspace and following all health and safety proceduresKeeping up to date on the latest devices via our training platformCompleting quality control checks using a visual inspection checklist and quality control softwareRespecting the value of information by following Likewize’s data protection / information security policies and proceduresRole Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should have:A keen eye for detail and a desire to always learnThe ability to multitask and work as a team playerGood communication skills and a positive attitudePrevious experience in mobile repair or a similar fieldWhat do we offer?At Likewize, we care about you and your progression.
