Role will be part of our Quality Engineering & Assurance (QE&A) Practice. With more than 650 clients across industry verticals and a global footprint, Cognizant QE&A practice is a recognized thought leader in quality engineer and Assurance .As enterprises simplify, modernize and secure their legacy environments for the digital era, robust quality Engineering and assurance is essential. Quality takes an end-to-end connotation and must straddle both legacy and digital systems. Cognizant QE&A is reimagining QE&A, employing an end-to-end ecosystem approach with intelligent and automated QA processes. In so doing, increasing quality and speed to promote faster business and technology change, as well as a better customer experience.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end testing strategies across core ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.Drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions by leveraging deep product expertise and prior implementation experience.Ensure configurations, workflows, and integrations align with business needs and governance standards.Oversee functional, regression, and integration testing across ServiceNow and integrated platforms.Manage multiple stakeholders, including SMEs, BAs, tech leads, and third-party vendors.Ensure test coverage and traceability by coordinating with cross-functional teams.Ensure compliance with QA frameworks such as TMMI or similar.Monitor test progress, defect metrics, and provide reports using Zephyr and other tools.Mentor QA analysts and promote continuous improvement in testing practices.Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support iterative development cycles.Prepare and oversee test plans, ensuring alignment with project milestones and resource availability.Execute testing in ServiceNow testing and ITSM workflows.Troubleshoot automation issues and align QA activities with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of ServiceNow module workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, etc.).Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing.Strong proficiency in Tricentis TOSCA, codeless automation, or any equivalent automation tool.Expertise in defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, DevOps, Zephyr.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.At Cognizant you will experience an exciting mix of innovation by design, creativity, collaboration, and efficiency within a framework of stimulating objectives and a passion for delivering the best to our customers.You will be joining a network of some of the most creative, innovative, and dedicated people in the industry with ample opportunities to learn and develop your career.Our Associates are chosen for their attitude, skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm but above all, their belief that anything is possible.Cognizant is an equal opportunities employer, and we welcome all applications regardless of race, colour, gender, ethnic origin, nationality, religion or beliefs, disability, age, sexual orientation, political opinions, or trade union membership.
