Job DescriptionLocation: Telford Head Office BasedHours of Work – Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (3 days minimum office based per week)Salary: £30-£35k based on experience with a monthly bonus scheme offering an OTE of £20,400We are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Manager to join our Inside Sales team at our Head Office in Telford.The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing multiple teams within the inside sales operation, comprising SMB and Mid-Market sales teams. The role requires the effective management, motivation, and development of team members across varying roles (C-RAMs, R-RAMs, A-RAMs and D-RAMs), as well as the Mid-Market Inside Sales function.Benefits:31 days holiday, rising to 38, after longer service (inclusive of bank holidays), Pension & Life Assurance Scheme, Private medical insurance (after one year of service), 2 fully paid community volunteering days each year, Referral Scheme, Opportunity for career break – after 3 years of serviceIf you enjoy leading by example and motivating a sales function, you are competitive and target driven and pride yourself on getting the best from your team, then this could be your next career moveAs an Inside Sales Manager your responsibilities are:Fully accountable for the quality and productivity of personal and team activity, meeting agreed target levels.Monitor and review the team’s performance, tackling and addressing training issues and performance managing quickly effectively. Keeping in line with business procedures to ensure the highest possible standards are maintained.Continually develop and motivate the team to improve performance in all areas, including CRM Systems, customer experience, productivity, cost, promotions, and quality indicators.Develop and implement sales strategies with the Head of Commercial Operations and external sales managers to maximise both SMB & Mid-Market inside sales performance.Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify retention, growth, and compliance opportunities.The ideal Inside Sales Manager will have:Previous experience of managing and motivating a teamDemonstrable, successful sales experienceExperience of working with CRM and reporting systemsStrong skills in Microsoft Office.
