Job DescriptionPricing Analyst (Contract) - SQL & Python£450-£500 per day (Outside IR35)3-month contract | 2 days per week onsite (London)About the RoleA leading organisation is seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to support a key pricing optimisation project. You will work closely with commercial, finance and data teams to analyse pricing performance, build models, and provide actionable recommendations that drive revenue and margin improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse large datasets to evaluate pricing performance, commercial trends and customer behavioursDevelop and maintain pricing models using PythonBuild and run complex queries in SQL to extract and manipulate dataPresent insights and recommendations to senior stakeholdersSupport the wider pricing strategy and contribute to commercial decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience as a Pricing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similarProficiency in SQL and PythonSolid analytical and quantitative skills, with experience building pricing modelsAbility to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear business insightsExperience working with commercial or financial dataStrong stakeholder communication skillsContract DetailsDay Rate: £450-£500 per day (Outside IR35)Duration: 3 months (potential extension)Location: London - 2 days per week onsiteStart Date: ASAPDesired Skills and ExperienceLed pricing analysis and modelling to support commercial decision-makingBuilt and automated pricing models using PythonExtracted, transformed and analysed large datasets using SQLDelivered insights on pricing performance, revenue impact and optimisation opportunitiesPartnered with commercial and finance teams to refine pricing strategyWorked onsite in London 2 days per week as part of a hybrid modelSuccessfully delivered key project milestones within a 3-month engagement
