Olsen group, with a key focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Finance, and People systems.This is a hands-on delivery role responsible for managing complex, cross-functional business and technology change. You will be accountable for delivering projects to agreed time, cost, and quality standards, ensuring benefits are realised and outcomes align with business strategy, security requirements, and regulatory expectations.You'll work across multiple business functions, technology teams, and external partners, providing strong governance, stakeholder management, and leadership throughout the full project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryDeliver strategic transformation projects across ERP, Finance, and People systems within the Fred. Olsen group.Lead and deliver corporate services change initiatives including:Natural Power ERP TransformationGroup People Systems TransformationGroup Finance TransformationManage complex business and IT projects either independently or as part of a broader programme of work.Planning & GovernanceDefine project scope, objectives, benefits, success criteria, and delivery approach with senior stakeholders.Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, resource plans, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.Apply the most suitable delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) based on project context.Establish and run governance forums (steering groups, working groups), ensuring clear reporting and escalation.Cross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with Finance, HR, IT and business operations to ensure process, data, and organisational change impacts are fully understood and addressed.Lead multi-disciplinary project teams: BAs, Process Analysts, Solution Architects, Testers, SMEs and business stakeholders.Manage third-party providers, integrators, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery and contract compliance.Business Change & Technology EnablementOversee change management activities, including communications, training, and business readiness.Ensure successful execution of data migration, integration, testing, cutover, and transition-to-BAU activities.Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards and best practices in collaboration with the Head of Delivery.Key Skills & CompetenciesEssentialProven experience delivering medium-to-large scale business and IT transformation projects.Hands-on experience delivering ERP, HRMS, and Finance system implementations.Strong background managing MS Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM) programmes - this will be the initial focus.Skilled in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, iterative delivery) and Waterfall, with the ability to justify hybrid approaches.Strong leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders.Excellent planning, organisational and risk management skills, with the ability to manage concurrent workstreams.Demonstrable experience managing budgets, business cases and vendor contracts.Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.Experience delivering change into operational environments, ensuring minimal disruption and effective transition to BAU.DesirableExperience with Finance system implementations (e.g., core finance, procurement, project accounting).Experience delivering HR/People systems (HCM, time & attendance, talent management) such as HiBob or BambooHR.Background in consultancy or the energy/renewables sector.Qualifications & ExperienceDemonstrable experience delivering multiple system implementation projects at Senior Project Manager level.Project management certifications desirable (e.g., Scrum Master, AgilePM, SAFe, PRINCE2, APM, PMI).Personal AttributesAn agile, strategic thinker who can translate vision into pragmatic, value-driven delivery plans.Collaborative, open, and confident, with the ability to build trust quickly across diverse teams.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.What We OfferWe will offer an engaging, collaborative, and fast-paced environment alongside an excellent benefits package, including:Generous annual leave allowanceFlexible and hybrid working optionsEmployee assistance programmeHealth plans, personal insurances, discounts and salary sacrifice schemesOpportunities for career development and progressionDiversity & InclusionNatural Power is an equal opportunities employer.
