Our client is looking for the right professional with a Trades Supervision background to join a vibrant and welcoming teamRepairs and Maintenance SupervisorTemporary, 3 -6 MonthsRates - £Competitive Nottingham, Nottinghamshire40 Hours per week, Monday to FridayDuties of the Trades Supervisor role may include:Supervising a team of Multi Trade specialisms such as Plumbers, Joiners and BricklayersManaging Property subcontractors works Liaising with tenants and stakeholders to ensure disputes are resolved and customer care is guaranteedCoordinating and scheduling repair works to ensure timely resolution of tenant-reported issuesConducting regular property inspections to monitor work quality and H&STaking responsibility for budgets, materials and resources in a cost effective natureExperience desired for the Repairs Supervisor:An ability to lead and motivate a team of Trades professionalsReactive/ Responsive maintenance experienceDriving licence and ability to use a company vehicleIf you believe you are suitable for the role of Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor, please 'apply now' as applications and interviews may take place at short notice.
