But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you’ve made someone’s life better.The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends. Where you will be workingLocation: Asher House, Third Avenue, Walton On The Naze, CO14 8JUAsher House consists of six bespoke, single-person apartments within a registered care setting with 24-hour nursing support.It provides a robust environment and high-intensity care model which is designed to support people who have a Learning Disability & Autism with highly complex needs and behaviours.
