Logistics AnalystDorking, Surrey£40,000 per annumProTech Recruitment is working with a global organisation to recruit an experienced Logistics Analyst to support international logistics operations from their Dorking site.The RoleAs the Logistics Analyst you will play a key role in managing and analysing global freight activity, supporting contract negotiations, ensuring accurate freight payment, and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments in a cost-effective and compliant manner.Key responsibilitiesAnalysing freight contracts, rates and shipping routesRequesting and evaluating freight quotes from approved carriersMaintaining tariffs, surcharges and rate summaries in ExcelReviewing freight invoices and ensuring accurate GL codingCoordinating shipments with freight forwarders and carriersSupporting internal teams with tracking, expedited shipments and cost analysisMonitoring logistics spend and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesAbout YouDegree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplineProven experience in international logisticsExperience with cold chain logistics and biological sample shipmentsUnderstanding of Incoterms and Hazmat / Dangerous Goods requirementsExperience with Oracle Cloud and Freight Payment CentresStrong Excel skills with a data-driven, problem-solving mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
