This role fills in for Store Managers during vacancies, vacations, high-volume periods, or special business needs. The Manager In Training ensures consistent execution of company standards, drives sales performance, maintains operational excellence, and supports team development across all assigned stores.ResponsibilitiesAct as the on-site manager for various stores as assigned by the District Manager. Step in during manager vacancies, staffing shortages, or high-traffic events. Assist with new store openings, relocations, remodels, or district-wide initiatives. Communicate effectively with the District Manager regarding store needs and challenges. Sales and Profit: Infuse your passion for Claire's products into achieving retail store targets, fostering growth, and spreading the joy of self-expression; Implementing strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales.Memorable Shopping Experiences: Infuse every customer's interaction with Claire's positivity and inclusivity. Shopping at Claire's is about finding pieces that reflect their unique personality and celebrating who they are.Piercing Excellence: Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Become a trusted guide for customers - conducting piercings, educating on aftercare, maintaining a sterile environment, addressing questions and concerns throughout the process. Store Operations: Keep the heartbeat of our store strong by overseeing operations with efficiency and flair. From managing inventory and handling cash transactions to visual merchandising and coordinating promotional activities. You ensure that every aspect of store operations reflects the fun and joy that defines Claire's.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and provide direction and development to your team. Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability to drive results and ensure team members are continually challenged and achieving their full potential.Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services with enthusiasm and offer fashion-related tips and advice.
