Requirements:Previous Experience: Proven background in an accounts payable role, ideally within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.High Attention to Detail: Strong numerical accuracy and organisational skills, with the ability to spot and correct financial errors or inconsistencies.Property Industry Experience (Desirable): Exposure to property or real estate finance processes (e.g. rent rolls, service charges) would be beneficial, though not essential. Systems & Tools:Qube (Preferred): Experience using the Qube property management and accounting system would be highly advantageous.
