You will work across a diverse mix of disputes, including:Business and commercial contract disputesShareholder and partnership disputesProperty disputes (commercial & residential)Construction disputesThis is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to broaden their disputes experience and progress within a highly regarded team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage your own caseload of mixed commercial and property-related disputesHandle business contract disputes, shareholder matters, construction claims and property litigationDraft pleadings, statements, settlement agreements and client correspondenceConduct legal research and prepare clear, commercial legal adviceRepresent clients at negotiations, mediations and court hearings (with supervision where needed)Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to client relationship managementSupport business development activities within the wider teamAbout YouQualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE in commercial litigation or general dispute resolutionExperience in any of the following (team is flexible):Contract disputesShareholder/partnership disputesProperty disputesConstruction disputesStrong drafting, analytical and communication skills.Commercially minded, organised and confident managing files independently.Team player with a proactive and client-focused approach.LocationCentral Reading with flexible hybrid working arrangements.How to ApplyPlease send your CV to Gayle Woolf at G2 Legal for more information.#INDMALS
