Job DescriptionAV Talent is working with one of the UK's leading AV & Building Services Technology company. As the organisation transitions from a traditional AV Systems Integrator to a more complex Building Services Technology (Software, Networking, Security, AV, etc. - they are now looking for an experienced On Site AV Technician to provide corporate and events support. You will play a pivotal role in shaping their clients ongoing experience with the cutting edge technology they deliver. You will work at the client site - based in the London area. The client is a high-end corporate accountWorking as part of the Global AV break-fix teamTo act as the client focal point for all day-to-day operational issues relating to the AV service and events for EMEAEscalate unresolved queries to the next level of support following client processesTrack, route and redirect problems to correct resourcesEnsure proper recording, documentation, and closure of tickets.Provide first & second level of handling incidents/service requests of issues within the client's EMEA AV EstateProactive daily AV status updates for EMEA locationsProactive daily equipment checks where requiredResponsible for ensuring all faults are resolved, AV maintenance and proactive checks are managedLiaising with services provider for organising reactive and proactive engineering to site across EMEA AV estateEffective liaison with the client on-site and off-site team / clients to understand and deliver their goals, company visionsand requirements.Updating documentation to support new Deployments and any new directives set by the clientClient training and advisory on best practiceEnsure compliance with all Health and Safety legislationTraining courses as required to ensure continuous progression
