Job DescriptionRecruitment ConsultantHays Recruitment – Cambridge We are seeking a sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Cambridge officeAs a Recruitment Consultant, your primary focus will be to develop and nurture relationships with organisations across Cambridgeshire. You will be conducting business development (sales calls) to engage recruitment teams, directors, line managers, and other key stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for recruiting the best and most experienced candidates across:Property and Surveying – roles such as Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Valuation Surveyors and Management Surveyors.Procurement & Supply Chain – roles such as Procurement Managers, Category Managers, Buyers, and Supply Chain Analysts.Your new teamAre you ready to build a career where your ambition is supported and your success celebrated?
