You’ll be responsible for building brand awareness, driving online revenue, managing content, and executing marketing strategies across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and social channels.If you’re a creative, data-driven marketer with experience in e-commerce and a passion for fitness or supplements, this role puts you at the heart of shaping the brand’s presence and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain brand identity across all channelsManage creative assets: photoshoots, video, product & lifestyle contentBrief designers and oversee graphics, ads, packaging, and marketing collateralPlan and run campaigns across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and social mediaManage paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google PPC/Display)Optimise website, landing pages, conversion rates, and SEOLead content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and FacebookManage influencer and athlete partnershipsCoordinate go-to-market plans for new products and seasonal campaignsTrack KPIs (ROAS, CAC, retention, CR, LTV, traffic) and report performanceCollaborate with operations, inventory, customer service, and financeManage marketing team or external agencies where applicableWho You Are4+ years’ experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive, preferably in e-commerce, sports nutrition, supplements, FMCG, or fitnessProven track record running paid social and digital campaignsExperienced in growing social media channels and delivering engaging contentConfident with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and marketing toolsCreative thinker with ability to brief designers and review contentAnalytical, data-driven, and skilled in reporting and project managementExperience with influencer marketing, agencies, or basic graphic/video skills is a bonusPassionate about fitness, supplements, and lifestyle trendsIf you’re ready to lead marketing in a fast-growing, ambitious brand and make a real impact, I’d love to hear from you  (url removed)
