Job DescriptionHuman Factors Specialist | WarwickOur client is seeking a Human Factors professional to become part of their diverse and highly regarded product development team.This role requires someone who combines a creative mindset with a strong commitment to evidence-based practice. In this position, you will be responsible for shaping and, where appropriate, leading the human factors aspects across a variety of projects.The Role:The position will contribute to product development initiatives spanning multiple sectors, including healthcare, transport, consumer products, and industrial systems.Project work is highly varied, ranging from everyday items to complex, large-scale systems. Recent examples include connected healthcare technologies, advanced treatment equipment, automotive interfaces, aircraft and train environments, and sustainable packaging for major global brands.Key Skills and Experience:+Relevant academic background in human factors, user-centred design, or a related discipline (e.g. undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral level).+Practical experience using human factors methods as part of collaborative, cross-functional projects.+Proven ability to design, organise, and lead user research activities.+Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.+Flexibility to travel as required (subject to safety considerations).This role offers the chance to apply your expertise to high-profile, meaningful projects across multiple industries.
